How does Double Check work?

Paste or photograph any suspicious message, email, or link. Our AI analyses it in seconds and gives you a plain-English verdict: safe, suspicious, or scam. No jargon, no false alarms.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your messages are processed by AI only — no human reads them. We never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app, go to Account, and tap "Delete my account." All your data will be permanently removed within 30 days. You can also email us to request deletion.

How do I cancel my subscription?

For iOS subscriptions, go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iPhone, find Double Check, and tap Cancel. For advisor subscriptions, use the "Manage billing" button in your dashboard or email us.

What if I get a wrong result?

AI results are guidance only and are not a guarantee. If something feels off, trust your instincts and do not share personal information. You can always email us with the message for a second look.

How do family alerts work?

Add up to 4 family contacts in the app. When you scan something flagged as suspicious or a scam, they automatically receive an email alert so they can check in on you.
